| 1 Cup butter 4 Tablespoons icing sugar and 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Cups white flour Beat butter and sugars together. Cut in flour. Knead it until it is workable. Press into tiny muffin tins. On the stovetop cook the following until smooth: 2 Cups chopped dates Add a spoonful of the date mixture onto each shell. Top with Maple flavour butter icing Mix together 1/2 cup of softened butter, 2and 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 2 Tablespoons of milk (or more if necessary) and 1 Teaspoon of maple extract . |
